KEEP will make KEEPITAL available to You on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You may use KEEPITAL in accordance with this Agreement, including the licence granted in the Intellectual Property Rights clause.

KEEP takes the accuracy of its Database very seriously. Please contact us immediately via the Contact page if You see any material on KEEPITAL which infringes any law, breaches this Agreement, or is incorrect.

KEEPITAL contains content created by third parties (Third Party Content). Except as otherwise indicated, we do not endorse, sponsor or approve any business listed on KEEPITAL or the products or services they offer.

Automated access to KEEPITAL by or on behalf of internet search engines is permitted.

KEEP retains complete editorial control over KEEPITAL and may, in its sole discretion and without notice, reject, remove, delete or amend any material at any time. KEEP reserves the right to modify, discontinue or disable KEEPITAL or any part of it at any time.

KEEPITAL offers the following services to businesses, subject to separate service agreements and pricing confirmed at the time of engagement:

Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals issued by KEEP. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and a service agreement, the service agreement prevails for matters specific to that service.

Keepital services cannot be cancelled after the activation date stated in the service contract. You must pay the full balance upon receipt of the balance invoice.

Customers may choose to renew or terminate the annual subscription at the end of the contract period. Upon termination, content will be stored and unpublished. Content will be reactivated upon payment of the renewal fee.

KEEP reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of this Agreement.

You may use KEEPITAL to add, amend and/or update a Business Listing, solely on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If any information in your Business Listing changes or becomes inaccurate, You must immediately amend the listing and notify KEEP. KEEP does not accept responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in content supplied by third parties.

By submitting a career application through the Careers page on this website, You consent to KEEP collecting, storing, and processing your personal information (including your name, contact details, LinkedIn profile, portfolio, and CV) for the purposes of evaluating your application.

Career application data is stored securely in Supabase and will be retained for up to 6 months after submission. Applications not progressed will be deleted thereafter unless you request an extension.

Submitted CVs and application information will not be shared with third parties outside of KEEP's hiring team without your explicit consent.

You may request deletion of your application data at any time by emailing ask@keepital.com.

By subscribing to the KEEPITAL newsletter, You consent to receiving email communications from KEEP including platform updates, industry insights, tradeshow calendars, and promotional content.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by emailing ask@keepital.com. Please allow up to 7 business days for the request to be processed.

KEEP will not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

KEEPITAL and the Database are owned and operated by KEEP. All intellectual property rights comprised in or relating to KEEPITAL and the Database belong to KEEP or our licensors.

You may download and view content from KEEPITAL for Your own personal, non-commercial use only, provided You do not modify the content, make it public, or use it in a manner prohibited by this Agreement.

By posting Content onto KEEPITAL, You grant KEEP a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide and transferable licence to reproduce, modify, use, publish, communicate and adapt the Content for any purpose.

The Licence will survive any termination of this Agreement.

Any personal information collected by KEEP through this website will be handled in accordance with the KEEPITAL Privacy Policy, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

By submitting personal information through this website — whether via the contact form, newsletter signup, or career application — You consent to the collection and use of that information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that You are fully authorised to publish all Content and to authorise KEEP to publish it.

You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement.

All Accessible Content will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and relevant industry codes at all times.

All products and services advertised in Accessible Content will match the advertised description and be available as advertised.

All Accessible Content will be current, accurate, and will not mislead or deceive users of KEEPITAL.

To the full extent permitted by law, KEEP excludes all representations, warranties, terms and conditions, whether express or implied, except as expressly set out in this Agreement.

KEEPITAL is provided "as is". Nothing on KEEPITAL constitutes financial or professional advice. You should obtain qualified professional advice before acting on any information on KEEPITAL.

To the full extent permitted by law, KEEP excludes all liability for damages or loss (including loss of profits, indirect or consequential loss) arising from Your use of KEEPITAL or any dealings with businesses displayed on it.

You indemnify and hold harmless KEEP and its officers, employees and agents from any liability, loss, damage, costs and expenses arising out of Your breach of this Agreement, any fraud or wilful misconduct, or the publication or use of Accessible Content.

Nothing in this Agreement limits KEEP's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

For users based in the Philippines, KEEP also acknowledges obligations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and other applicable Philippine law.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to KEEP's right to seek relief in any other jurisdiction.

KEEP may provide You with notices by email, mail or by posting content on KEEPITAL.

KEEP reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time. By using KEEPITAL after any changes are posted, You agree that the then-current version of this Agreement will apply.

KEEP may assign this Agreement provided that the relevant assignee undertakes to perform all of KEEP's obligations herein.

Our data system is backed up via MongoDB. Please refer to mongodb.com/cloud/sla for service level information.
