Responsibilities:
- Maintain good communications and relationship with customers, colleagues and the management
- Work with Sales Team to make sure customers project are delivered
- Proper filing of files & folders
- Sales Support (Update reports, help sales to follow up with customers)
- Data Entry (Update data to website.
- And other duties that may be assigned
- Archieve Monthly Sales Target.
Requirements:
- Willing to learn and try new things
- Able to work independently, and produce high quality work
- Ability to multitask
- Dare to question, to suggest and to improve
- Experience in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of Photoshop or image creating/editing software are preferred
- Mandarin speaking would be an advantage
- Min. SPM level, Entry level candidates are welcome. No experience is required, as training will be provided.
- Posses with own transport.
